Please note that the warranty does not cover typical wear and tear, or damage done by inadvertent human error. In both of these cases, repair or replacement services are offered for a fee. For more information, read about our cleaning and repair services.

Repairs for Craftsmanship Issues
Zurina Ketola demi-fine jewelry is guaranteed with a two-year warranty. If a repair is required as a result of faulty craftsmanship during this time, your jewelry will be repaired at no charge.
In this case, you will be responsible for shipping the product back, and ZK will cover shipping charges back.
Please get in touch within (30) days of delivery of your order and follow the directions below:
- Send an image of the item, specifically the problem area so the issue can be confirmed.
- For repairs related to craftsmanship issues, please wait for an email confirmation of your repair approval prior to shipping your repair back.
- When your repair is approved: Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send your item, and we'll cover the return shipping.
