Returns + Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn merchandise in original condition within (30) days of the date the item was received as noted by DHL.
Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Before sending in your item, you will need to do the following:
- Please get in touch with your return/exchange for approval.
- Use a padded envelope or box to return unworn item(s) in original condition and with the original packaging. To help us better serve you in the future, please include a note with the reason for your return or exchange.
- Be aware that shipping associated with returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
- Keep shipment record for tracking purposes and ship your returns/exchange to:

After receiving your return, your order total will be credited back to your card / payment type. Please note that it may take up to (15) days to process the credit, and may take 1-2 statement cycles to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If a item arrives to you damaged in any way, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Send clear images of the damaged package and contents, as carriers will need this information to process the claim. Please provide this information prior to returning your order.
