Shipping

Both domestic and international orders will be shipped via DHL standard. Domestic shipments are insured up to €500 and include tracking. International orders can be shipped with or without tracking and insurance. See below for more information.

EU Countries	€6.99 - no tracking / no insurance €14.49 - tracking + insurance incl.
Non EU Europe, etc.	€11.99 - no tracking / no insurance €22.49 - tracking + insurance incl.
Switzerland, UK	€8.99 - no tracking / no insurance €19.49 - tracking + insurance incl.
Everywhere else	€14.99 to €16.99 - no tracking / no insurance €25.49 to €27.49 - tracking + insurance incl.

After your order has been filled, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you have selected shipment with tracking, you will receive updated tracking information via email after your order ships.

When Will Your Order Ship?

Order fulfilment depends on current workload and scheduling. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. See below for more information. 

Items In Stock	Please allow 2-5 days after receipt of payment to fill and ship your order.
Made to Order	Please allow 5-7 days after receipt of payment to fill and ship your order.
Custom	Custom items usually take 14-30 days.

Local Pick Up

Produce less packing and greenhouse gases and select Local Pick Up at checkout.

When your order is complete, instead of standard shipping and delivery, you can pick up at from the studio when your order is ready.

The studio is easily accessible and located by the U7 Grenzallee and Neukölln stations in Neukölln.

Your order will arrive in a fair trade or eco-friendly jewelry pouch or sleeve nestled in one of our signature eco-friendly boxes. 

Carbon Neutral Shipping

Good news! All orders are now shipped carbon neutral at no extra charge.

International Customers | VAT + Additional Fees
