The Foundation of My Practice

Intuition Meets Structure

To anchor my intuitive connection to the natural world into a responsible practice, I undertook a nine-month Earth Energy Work apprenticeship. This immersive training ran concurrently with my Reiki studies, giving me structured methods to explore land connection, subtle perception, and natural rhythms. It transformed what had been an instinctive personal experience into a disciplined, grounded modality.

When I decided to transition my focus toward Reiki and intuitive guidance, I chose to approach the work with deep thoroughness and care. I have always been fascinated by how simple, focused attention helps people navigate daily noise and return to their own center.

Rather than taking a quick or surface-level approach, my curiosity demanded something much deeper. Driven by a desire to understand the practical mechanics of presence and grounding, I designed and conducted an intensive, self-directed period of applied study. I wanted to observe firsthand how people release tension over time, how systems find their center, and what responsible support actually demands.

During these early case studies, I witnessed how physical stillness can naturally invite stored emotional tension and unresolved grief to the surface. Recognizing that holding space for deep release requires specialized care, I pursued formal training in grief and trauma facilitation to ensure I could support nervous system pacing with steady emotional boundaries.

Documented Training and Practical Study

Before opening my calendar to the public, I committed to building a substantial foundation rooted in traditional principles, direct observation, and daily discipline:

  • Reiki Study & Practice | 500+ Documented Hours: Trained and certified under Reiki Master Cat Dughi. Developing a disciplined practice through direct mentor dialogue, extensive client case sessions, and regular personal practice.
    • Over 100 Applied Case Study Sessions (300+ Hours): Completed across 27 participants over 18 months. Including 16 individuals who engaged in ongoing, recurring series to track how consistent rest supports everyday clarity.
    • 50 Hours of Reiki Mentor Dialogue: One-on-one study covering Reiki principles, practical techniques, and detailed session analysis.
    • 165+ Hours of Self-Reiki Practice: Ongoing daily self-Reiki to maintain energetic clarity, personal regulation, and steady grounding.
  • Nine-Month Earth Energy Apprenticeship: Continued additional studies with an intensive nine-month immersion under teacher and mentor Cat Dughi. This work encompassed nearly 60 hours of direct curriculum and mentor debriefs focused on natural rhythms, grounding, and subtle perception.
  • 80 Hours of Grief & Trauma Facilitation Certification: Certified practitioner training completed to bring a grounded, trauma-informed lens and clear emotional pacing to sessions when deep vulnerability or grief surfaces. (Complementary facilitation; not clinical therapy or mental health care).

A Grounded, Non-Clinical Space

My role at the table or during a conversation is not to diagnose, heal, or fix you. You are not a project to be solved, and this work is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Instead, I offer a structured, intentional environment where you can step away from daily demands, exist exactly as you are, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
