general information
The Basics
What are your qualifications?
My practice is grounded in formal training, dedicated study, and regular personal practice:
- Usui Reiki: Certified practitioner with over 500 documented hours across foundational training, hands-on client sessions, and mentor dialogue.
- Earth Energy Work & Tarot: A nine-month apprenticeship focused on grounding and subtle energy awareness, where a lifelong fascination with tarot was expanded and integrated into structured intuitive inquiry.
- Grief & Trauma Facilitation: Certified facilitator training undertaken specifically to understand nervous system pacing and emotional shifts when deep feelings arise during any energy work session. (Please note: energy work offers complementary facilitation and is not clinical therapy or mental health care).
Do I need prior experience or specific beliefs for this work?
Not at all. You do not need to identify with any particular belief system or have past experience with energy work. An open curiosity and a willingness to pause and rest are all that is required.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Because session times are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Is this work a substitute for medical or psychological care?
No.
Energy work, Reiki, tarot, and intuitive reflection are complementary practices designed to support nervous system relaxation, stress relief, and self-connection. They do not replace professional medical diagnosis and treatment, psychiatric care, or psychotherapy.

FAQ | Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese practice of gentle, non-invasive energy work developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. The word combines Rei (universal or spiritual) and Ki (vital life-force energy).
In practical terms, it is a method for settling the nervous system and restoring balance to the subtle body. When stress, grief, physical strain, or emotional weight accumulate, energy can feel stagnant, depleted, or scattered. Reiki channels supportive life force to help release held tension, encourage emotional transmutation, and support the body’s innate capacity to rest and regulate itself.
Sessions are experienced fully clothed, whether resting quietly in person or receiving remotely. People often report a deep sense of calm, warmth, subtle physical sensation, or simply feeling more anchored in themselves. Reiki does not replace medical treatment, but acts as a quiet, supportive complement to your overall well-being.
What can I expect during an in-person or virtual Reiki session?
In-Person: You remain fully clothed while lying on a comfortable surface. I hover my hands above the body, directing subtle energy to specific areas.
Virtual / Distance: We connect via Google Meet. You remain fully clothed while sitting or lying down in a quiet space in the comfort of your own space. I use the same placements that I do in person from my own studio.
What People Experience: Many people experience deep physical relaxation, a quiet mind, subtle sensations of warmth or tingling, or simply fall into a restful state.
How should I prepare for my Reiki session?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and stay hydrated throughout the day. Avoid heavy meals or excess caffeine directly beforehand so your body can rest easily. Arriving or setting up a few minutes early helps you transition out of daily tasks before your session.
How might I feel afterward?
Experiences vary depending on what your system needed. Most people feel deeply rested, grounded, and clear-headed. Occasionally, as tension releases, you might feel a bit tired or reflective over the next 24 to 48 hours. Drinking water, resting, and giving yourself space to move slowly afterward is encouraged.
How does distance Reiki work?
Energetic work is not bound by physical proximity. Just as in-person sessions facilitate deep relaxation and nervous system settling, distance sessions offer the same intentional focus wherever you are.
We begin with a brief Google Meet check-in to discuss your focus. During the session, you simply rest comfortably in your own space while I conduct the energetic work. Afterward, we reconnect online to discuss observations, share reflections, and ground the experience.
How often should I book a session?
That depends entirely on your personal goals and resources. Some clients come once every few months for a seasonal "reset", while others prefer a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly rhythm to support ongoing nervous system maintenance and energetic balance.
All About Hybrid Sessions
FAQ | Reflection & Reiki Hybrid Sessions
What can I expect during an in-person or virtual Reflection & Reiki Hybrid Session?
In-person sessions are held in my Berlin studio, and virtual sessions are held over Google Meet.
We begin with an open dialogue about where you currently find yourself. Whether navigating a career shift, relational dynamic, creative project, or personal crossroads. Using modern wellness coaching techniques, focused inquiry, and intuitive perception, we examine beneath surface distractions to bring clarity, perspective, and grounded direction to what you want to create next.
Once the underlying patterns are brought to light, we finish the session with 10 minutes of Reiki. This gentle, focused energy helps settle the nervous system and can help you understand how best to move forward.
How should I prepare for a Reflection & Reiki Hybrid Session?
Come with a notebook, an open mind, and one or two topics, themes, or life areas you would like to explore. All you need is a general area of focus to help us get started.
How is this different from traditional therapy or life coaching?
This session sits at the intersection of focused personal dialogue and energy work. While traditional modalities tend to stay entirely in the verbal and cognitive realm, this hybrid format pairs practical reflection with physical integration:
- Versus Traditional Therapy: Clinical psychotherapy focuses on diagnosing and treating psychological conditions, processing clinical trauma, or resolving pathology. Our dialogue is non-clinical and present-focused: we explore current everyday challenges, habit patterns, and situational boundaries from a place of personal agency and self-reflection.
- Versus Standard Life Coaching: Conventional life coaching is often analytical, goal-driven, and focused on strategy or performance metrics. While we do identify practical steps and personal resources, our conversation prioritizes pacing, nervous-system awareness, and intuitive clarity over rigid action plans.
- The Reiki Element: In purely talk-based sessions, clients often leave with mental insights while their nervous system remains in high gear. Concluding our dialogue with 15 minutes of quiet Usui Reiki allows the mental processing to settle into the body, calming autonomic stress so you leave feeling physically grounded, centered, and clear.
Please Note: This hybrid session is a non-clinical wellness practice dedicated to relaxation, lifestyle reflection, and personal orientation. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
All About Tarot
FAQ | Tarot
What can I expect during an in-person or virtual Tarot session?
In-person sessions are held in my Berlin studio, and virtual sessions are held over Google Meet.
I work with tarot as an intuitive mirror. We define a clear focus area, draw cards from a structured spread, and translate their archetypes and symbolism into practical, everyday relevance. It is an active dialogue designed to help you see patterns, blind spots, and opportunities from a clear vantage point.
How should I frame my question or focus?
Open-ended questions work best—such as "What is influencing this situation?" or "What energy supports my next step?" rather than simple yes-or-no inquiries. If you aren't sure how to phrase your question, we will shape it together at the start of your session.
Can Tarot tell the future?
I have experienced this, but I don't design my readings around prediction. In my experience, knowing an outcome in advance rarely changes what needs your attention right now. What matters far more is understanding the currents shaping your present choices.
Rather than forecasting a fixed destiny, I use Tarot as an intuitive mirror to examine underlying dynamics, blind spots, and where your energy is currently headed. The focus is always on clarity, personal agency, and making grounded decisions today.
Will I be able to reference my reading afterward?
Yes. For in-person sessions, you will receive clear photos of your card spread along with an email summary of the core themes we explored. For virtual sessions, you will receive photos of the spread and a downloadable recording of our call so you can revisit the dialogue and imagery whenever you like. You are also welcome to take your own notes during our time together.

What people are saying...
"What consistently amazes me is how I feel immediately afterwards. Every single time I stand up and say the same thing: “Oh my God, I feel incredible.” I feel lighter, clearer, stronger, like I’ve just reset my nervous system." - Charly
