My Background: Science, Nature, and Stones

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always felt an innate connection to the Earth.

I grew up in a mountain city, but I eventually realized it didn't matter where I was. I could be in the mountains, a desert, or a dense jungle on the other side of the planet. Even cities gave me that intuitive sense of place. That connection has been a constant my whole life, and I assumed everyone moved through the world that way.

It took over forty years to understand otherwise.

Until then, my early interest in the natural world led me to gravitate towards the sciences. I studied Biology at university and was always curious about how life worked. It was how I made sense of the world around me.

At the same time, I was absolutely obsessed with stones and found peace working with my hands. I leaned into my creative side and worked as an independent jewelry designer for more than two decades.

Science, stones, jewelry, and nature were all genuine passions of mine, but for a long time they seemed separate. Over the last few years, they naturally came together to create the foundation for the work I do today.

Profound Loss and Unmistakable Light

Five years ago, my life underwent an unprecedented period of profound loss and change. In the span of a year, I experienced the loss of more than half a dozen people, including my grandmother and both of my parents less than a month apart.

The grief was immense. I'd never even known anyone who died before. I was a mess.

The biggest lesson I learned during all of this?

Death is complicated, and it teaches you a lot about your relationships. I'm grateful to have so many wonderful people in my circle who offered meaningful support in ways big and small. Not everyone was able to match this energy, which added to the heaviness of it all. The grief was already crushing, but the additional stress was too much. It pushed me so far past ordinary limits that retreating into hibernation was the only way to find some stability.

And yet.

Inside all that chaos, something unexpected emerged: moments of profound, unmistakable clarity, awe, and even joy.

I’d never heard of anyone finding anything like that in the middle of such crushing grief.

But those moments were unmistakable. I would find myself in quiet spaces of deep presence and connection that demanded my full attention. I experienced remarkable synchronicities, vivid intuitive hits, and dreams that came true. I was stunned, and then I slowly remembered these experiences weren't new at all. They were part of my life growing up, and faded over time.

Turns out, they were waiting for the right time to come back.

For someone who valued the scientific method, this was disorienting and deeply humbling. Not only did I have to re-evaluate my whole life from the beginning, but I also needed to create a new way to understand the world from the ground up.

The only way to make that happen was to let go of everything that no longer served, trust my intuition, and start paying attention to the subtle energies that were making themselves known.

Expansion Meets Practice

It didn't take long for curiosity to replace confusion.

I wasn't looking for vague spiritual platitudes or nonsensical rules; I decided to understand the mechanics of what was coming through with the same discipline I had applied to design and biology.

Throughout this period, I didn’t step away from my craft as a jewelry designer. Instead, the two practices began informing one another. Working with my hands and my stones kept me grounded in the physical world while I deepened my understanding of subtle energies. This was a practice in itself and helped me understand that energy is everything. Not only does it shape the world around us, but it exists in what we feel and what we do.

As I began working with clients, I quickly noticed that deep energetic settling often brought unexpected emotional shifts and quiet grief to the surface. To ensure I could hold a steady, responsible space when those vulnerable moments arose, I committed to formal training in grief and trauma facilitation alongside my foundational energetic studies.

Through everything I was experiencing, I dedicated myself to rigorous training.

Today, making jewelry remains an active part of my life. While my site is dedicated entirely to energetic sessions and intuitive guidance, I still design jewelry and share my pieces in person at select local markets and artisan fairs in Berlin.

Through this practice, my focus naturally clarified: supporting people in finding their center during transition, learning how to establish steady boundaries, and directing their energy where it matters most.

My Ethos: Stay Grounded. Find Your Center. Find Yourself.

Whether sitting across from you in my Berlin studio or connecting through a distance session, my role is not to tell you what to do. My work is designed to help you cultivate personal sovereignty:

Developing Energetic Boundaries: Learning where your field ends and the rest of the world begins, so you stop absorbing energy that isn't yours to carry.

Stay Grounded: Anchoring your awareness back into your physical body so your nervous system feels safe enough to rest and reset.

Clear Intuitive Sensing: Trusting your innate inner sense rather than relying on external validation.

Energy work is not about escaping reality. It's about becoming more fully, authentically grounded within it.

And I'm here to help you on your way.
