Welcome to the Studio: An Opening Note

For years, working with stones taught me to listen to subtleties, stay centered, and remain grounded in my body. At the same time, I relied heavily on logic and analysis to navigate my life.
I never imagined that those quiet, tactile sensibilities would become the very thing that would pull me out of absolute chaos years later.
When everything in my world unraveled, those elements came together in the most remarkable way. They built the foundation of my practice.
Here's the story of how it happened.

The Shift
Back in 2021, my foundation was shaken by overwhelming waves of compounded grief and loss. In the span of a single year, I lost more than half a dozen people from my life, including my grandmother and both of my parents just a month apart. The grief alone was immense. Many around me were extraordinary and helped get me through the darkest moments. Other relationships unraveled when it mattered most. Dealing with fractured ties during such an emotionally vulnerable time was too much.
For most of my life, I relied on logic and science to explain the world around me. But nothing had prepared me for this. I felt like I was fighting a hurricane that refused to end. The way I viewed the world could no longer make sense of what was happening.
Amidst the sorrow and chaos, something unexpected began to surface. I became aware of quiet, undeniable moments of clarity and deep presence that revealed helpful shifts in perception, intuitive hits, and a sense of connection and peace that my science brain couldn't brush aside.
Grounding Perception into Practice
Somehow curiosity replaced the chaos. What was happening didn't fit inside any explanation I'd ever seen, and I needed to make sense of what was happening around me.
The only thing that connected everything was the energy.
So I followed it.
That pursuit led me through formal Usui Reiki training and a deeply grounding and intensive nine-month immersion in Earth energy work. I hadn't planned to practice professionally, but after more than a year of working with people, I was strongly encouraged to continue this work formally. I practiced daily on myself and set up extensive in-person and virtual case studies observing how different people respond to grounded, intentional presence. Again, the results were very promising.
I continued with my creative pursuits and began moving between my jewelry studio and energy work practice.

Why This Space Exists
I created this studio to offer what helped me find my footing when my world fell apart: grounded, centered guidance, and strong energetic boundaries.
We live in a culture that demands boundless energy. We're told that being palatable, staying strong, and doing everything that is asked of us is "the right way" to do things. The problem here is that we're constantly giving away our energy and making no effort to restore it. Being the person that "no one needs to worry about," or "never asks for anything," has somehow become a virtue.
It's not.
All it shows is that we've lost our center and have successfully abandoned ourselves.
I want to help you change that.
My work here isn't about confusing rules, predicting futures, or escaping reality. It is about helping you:
- Settle an overstimulated nervous system so you can hear yourself think again.
- Recognize where your energy ends and someone else’s begins.
- Trust your own internal authority to navigate crossroads and transitions.
Whether we meet in person at my studio in Berlin or connect across continents through a screen, my intention is simple: to offer a steady, collaborative space where you can settle, recalibrate, and learn how to trust your inner compass.
