Zurina Ketola Designs was born after an unexpected trip to a Portland gem shop in 2002. Mesmerized by the delicate intricacies of each stone, Zurina quickly became an avid collector of these small treasures, and grew interested in showcasing their beauty. Naturally, a passion for jewelry design soon followed.

Zurina has since developed a design philosophy that is rooted in simplicity, and creates jewelry that is both timeless and versatile. Drawing inspiration from family, friends, and adventures around the world, her body of work infuses classic refinement with modern style.

All of the jewelry designs you'll find here are made with materials that are hand-picked for quality and craftsmanship. Our original handmade jewelry designs use beautiful treasures including semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, precious metals, and glass beads. Unless otherwise noted, quality sterling silver and gold-filled components are key elements of our unique handcrafted jewelry.
